Privacy Policy

Updated 06.18.2018

Your privacy is important to us at Gravity, a Center for Contemplative Activism. We want you to know that we never sell your personal data, and we do not share it outside of the Gravity employee and volunteer team.

Data we do keep

Gravity holds records of personal contact information including name, address, email, and phone number. This information is stored internally at Gravity through a secure cloud-based network only open to employees. We will also have information such as your photo and emergency contact information if you have submitted this to us in the past. This is kept on our internal cloud-based network as well.

If you have an appointment with someone on the Gravity team, your name and the purpose of your time together are kept on an electronic Gravity calendar. This may be visible to people visiting the Gravity office. If this is a problem for you, please contact the Operations Manager about making your appointment anonymous.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our e-newsletter, please do so by using the links at the bottom of each email. If you would prefer to be placed on a “Do Not Disturb” mailing list, please contact info@gravitycenter.com.

Data we do not keep

We do not keep personal data such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, or banking information.

Gravity uses third-party systems for services such as credit card processing, website registrations, and e-newsletters. You can read more about these individual system’s privacy policies at the following links

Information you share in spiritual direction or enneagram consultations is never shared outside the appointment without your consent. The same goes for retreats and workshops, and we share that expectation with other attendees at these events.

If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy at Gravity, please contact info@gravitycenter.com.
